Journalist, teacher, hiker, ballplayer, garden grower, life explorer. Sometimes a photographer, too. That’s me, Dave Sheingold in Westchester County, NY.

The part about the photography is the why of this site. After more than a few people suggested it, I decided to give this a shot and build a website with photos from various places around the planet - from New York City to Europe to Africa to the amazingly beautiful American West.

So, here goes, a site with some images others have liked and some I do as well. I hope you do, too.

More will be added as I get better at this website building thing.

SITE GUIDE: As this is a work in progress, I will progressively modify it. For now, it is a simple set of four topics - street scenes from around the world, scenic stuff from amazing national parks, New York City pictures and other stuff.

On a laptop, you can open any image in a new tab by right-clicking on it and choosing ‘open in new tab.’

Scroll to the BOTTOM of each page to move on to the next page until I can figure out how to move that tool to the top of each page.
